Perfect

The breakfast had savoury and nice hot selection of items. The location offered was peaceful so close to a nearby pub, and restaurants. I didn't feel like leaving and would book here again.

I was offered a savoury and good hot breakfast with potatoes and sandwiches, as example. The staff were excellent and lovely friendly, nothing to complain about. The setting was ideal, just next door to Hereford, real England and pubs, restaurants. I ate at the a la carte restaurant near the hotel.

The bed in the superior double room was comfortable, nice for a restful night. I appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail in the room decor, made the space inviting and pleasant.

I did encounter some issues with communication that were disappointing.
